REQUIREMENTS TO OCCUPY
Boarder Data Form completed.
Ohio Equine Statute read and acknowledged.
Waiver and Release of Liability Form read and signed.
Payment of first month stall rental.
Payment of deposit equal to one month rental of the stall.
Riding Instructors are required to carry Liability Insurance.
A current copy is to be submitted and kept in the office.
This requirement applies to outside instructors as well.
STALL RENTAL

Feed, care and bedding are not included in stall rental fee.
Boarders with Cribbers are required to pay an additional fee of $25.00 per month and must use an adequate cribbing restraint on their horse at all times.
Stall rental is due the first of the month and is considered late after the tenth.
Late payment is grounds for dismissal and forfeiture of deposits.
Pineview Farm Management reserves the right, at their discretion, to require a tenant to vacate the premises.
DEPOSITS
Deposit equal to one month rental of any one unit is required to occupy.
Deposits are not applicable to rents.
To be eligible for refund of deposits, a 30 day notice in writing from the departing boarder is required.
Deposits will be held until liabilities are satisfied, such as stalls cleaned, bedding and hay removed from storage, jumps, poles, any personal effects and trailers removed from the property,
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Arrival on the first of the month and departure on the last day of the month is preferred.
Rentals of less than three months requires approval management.
If one is requested to leave Pineview Farm, this minimum three month period is waived.
Partial month rent in the month of arrival or departure is double the stall rate per day (not to exceed a full month's rent). Partial month rent is calculated to include the day of arrival or
departure.
TRAILER PARKING FEES
Monthly space rental required. No Partial month rentals.
Two horse trailer - $30.00
Four horse trailer - $60.00
